Greenwich Point Advisors is a boutique consultancy that advises a select group of investment firms, executives, entrepreneurs and growth companies on issues of strategy development and implementation, organization and leadership support and development and investing and value creation.  Greenwich Point Advisors takes on a range of roles from more traditional advisory work to hands on roles in teams to “get things done”.

Greenwich Point Advisors was founded by Jimmy Hexter, an international executive, board member, advisor and investor with more 30 years of global experience across a range of geographies, industries, functions and roles.  Mr. Hexter was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co in Asia and North America where he built and led regional and global businesses for McKinsey and advised companies and executive teams around the world on a wide array of industries and issues.  He has also served as a Partner at two leading investment firms where he was involved in investment decisions and working with executive teams to profitably growing their businesses.

Since founding Greenwich Point Advisors, Jimmy has advised a range of investors, executives and entrepreneurs supporting them in nearly all aspects of their businesses.

Mr. Hexter is also the Philip Van Horn Gerdine Professor in Global Strategy and a Professor of the Practice at Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
